For Maximum Security, we use
passwords that contain numbers, letters, and mixed
case. The case of these letters does matter.
For Instance, if the password was "1234aBcD", none
of the following would work: "1234abcd", "12134ABCD",
or "1234AbcD".

If you are a DEC,
when you go to the login box, it should
look similar to below by actually having
"DEC" in the User name field.
If it changes the
username to look like the following, the
username is fine and the password was probably
mistyped.
