Time to get the banners hung and the stage prepped! (Photo 1)

There is always a meeting just before the beginning of the Conference. The Conference Committee took time out to pose to record it for posterity. The meeting was held in across the street in the Hotel and covered last minute assignments. (Photo 2)

There was also a display of shirts and jackets with Wisconsin ARES/RACES Logo and name and callsign. More on that later. (Photo 5)
